SERVICE AGREEMENT
By registering as a user with CJewish.com, you are confirming your acceptance in full the agreement below. If you do not agree to any part of the agreement, you must not complete the registration process.
1. REGISTRATION
1.1. CJewish.com requires that users register their details online. These details will never be shared with any third-party except where required by law without your explicit permission. At any time, you have the option to change the details we hold for you as well as the option to delete your account.
1.2. Once you have completed the registration process, your account will be fully activated and you will be able to use the entire CJewish.com store.
1.3. The username and password information that you choose on registration is to be used only by you. It is your responsibility to take all necessary precautions to ensure unauthorized third-parties do not gain access to your personal details, including your credit-card information. CJewish.com will not be held responsible for any breach of your personal details.
1.4. You have the option at any time to cancel your membership of CJewish.com. Any credit left in your account will not be refunded on cancellation.
2. COPYRIGHT
2.1. All the musical recordings offered for sale by CJewish.com are subject to a licensing agreement between the right's holder and CJewish.com.
2.2. Our services are intended for personal use only. Any commercial use of the downloaded files from our site is prohibited.
3. FILES PROVISION AND USAGE TERMS
3.1. All the files in the CJewish.com store are protected by Microsoft Windows Media Rights Management 10 technology. The files are encrypted; you will need a license to play them. Licenses are automatically acquired on your behalf.
3.2. To enable the system to acquire a license for you, you should have an active Internet connection. Once the licence has been acquired, you may continue to use the music even without an active internet connection.
3.3. In case of damage to your purchased music licenses (for example, as a result hardware corruption or installation of a new operating system), you may apply to CJewish.com for a new license, but only within the first three months after purchase.
3.4. We do not guarantee that your hardware is fit for use. It is your responsibility to ensure you have all the necessary hardware and software installed on your system.
3.5. We have the right to temporarily or permanently modify the CJewish.com service. We do not guarantee that products previously offered for sale will remain for sale indefinitely.
3.6. The content you purchase is for your personal use only. It is not for public broadcast, resale or any form of commercial use.
4. SUBSCRIBERS' SERVICE CENTER
4.1. You understand and agree that only we are responsible for users' support, assistance and possible problems with your account.
